A strong high far northeast of the state will produce fresh to strong trade winds over the eastern half of the state and moderate trades over the western half of the state through Tuesday. A weak trough west of the state will briefly weaken the winds around the waters of kauai and oahu on Wednesday. Locally strong trades should return across the state by Thursday. |
